Features will include multiple floors vertical garden, multiple renewable energy power generation and utilization sources (wind, solar, heat, waste, water generation/recycling, magnet motors, natural & comfort cooling / ventilation, rain harvesting), aquaponics, steam generator and many other features

PME Technic Green Building is our very own renovation project that will aim to convert a current 4 story building structure into 7 floors multipurpose facility. The first 3 floors will be used as office floors, 4th and 5th floors are residential floors, 6th floor will be multi-function floor and 7th floor will be a recreational facility/ green house floor. Building features will include multiple floors vertical garden, multiple renewable energy power generation and utilization sources (wind, solar, heat, waste, water generation/recycling, magnet motors, natural & comfort cooling / ventilation, rain harvesting), aquaponics, steam generator and many other features
On-going actual works for:
- Structural retrofitting at ground floor by combining all isolated footings into one mat footing to cover the structural requirement from original 4 storey to 7 storey
- Civil/structural works for multi-Partition septic tank and water storage cistern tank
- Preparations for other trades
