Project suppress aims to improve the safety protection of the Mondelez Biomass Boiler Silo. This improvement will help prevent and eliminate the potential risk of having a dust explosion inside their rice husk silo.
Below are the items which the project aims to eliminate:
- Fall from Height hazard due to unsafe monkey ladder
- Dust explosion hazard due to possible rising of heat at the pneumatic feeding duct
- Dust explosion hazard due to confinement of the silo
- Overfeed of rice hull in the silo
Under project suppress below are the items installed to control or prevent/reduce the above hazards.
- Silo monkey ladder platform
- Cooling system of pneumatic ducting
- Goose neck vent
- Rice hull level sensor
- Pneumatic slice valve

Project LoF: Utilities Relocation aims to relocate the existing chillers to give way for the construction of new warehouse.
Below are the activities executed for the project.
- Construction of new utilities area
- Construction of new electrical room for the utilities area
- Construction of new pipe rack
- Relocation of existing VAM Chiller and CGAM Chiller
- Provision of new electrical supply lines for the new utilities area

Project vacuus aims to increase it’s sustainability initiative by installing new sets of vacuum machine. This will help the reduction of water consumption does helping the plant save water. This will help to drive increase in savings in terms of monthly water consumption. Part of this project also is the installation of solar collector for the CGAM Chiller. This solar collector will help to reduce the electrical consumption of the CGAM Chiller. The solar collector will pre-heat the refrigerant thus reducing the power needed by the compressor to run at full load. This will generate also savings in terms of energy savings.
