Our company, PMENGG TECHNIC INCORPORATED was founded in 2004 and has always aimed to provide specialized project engineering services in various industries. The starting two years has been a struggle for opportunities to be given the chance to work on challenging projects that we desired in multinational companies’ setting. However, with relentless effort, high motivation to prove our capability, desire to provide continuous employment to our employees and so much blessings from the Almighty, we are now few more years in reaching two decades of continuous presence in our chosen field of services.
Through the years, our quest for excellence in project engineering field has led us to focus our energy into our ultimate goal of providing end to end solutions to our clientele’s project requirements. We continuously ramp up our skills and resources and will always be ready to face head on what the future could bring.
We are proud to say that from a very humble beginning in a small rented office space in 2004, we are so focused these coming few years to finish and finally settle on our very own 7 story highly sustainable, energy efficient green building.
PME Technic Green Building is our very own renovation project that will aim to convert a current 4 story building structure into 7 floors multipurpose facility. The first 3 floors will be used as office floors, 4th and 5th floors are residential floors, 6th floor will be multi-function floor and 7th floor will be a recreational facility/ green house floor. Building features will include multiple floors vertical garden, multiple renewable energy power generation and utilization sources (wind, solar, heat, waste, water generation/recycling, magnet motors, natural & comfort cooling / ventilation, rain harvesting), aquaponics, steam generator and many other features
Projects that we need construct in an empty lot or green field environment may seemingly be the most comfortable project setting. However, just like in every project, there is always a challenge on how ready is that project site to handle what will turn-out to be its future setting. As always, deeper engineering investigations are needed in all involved disciplines from site development, construction and completion. Further deeper emphasis will be given on the battery limits of that project to the surrounding areas such as issues covering solid and liquid waste disposals, hook-up to outside energy / utility sources and the important compliance to codes, environmental standards and government laws.
Projects that are common always involve changes to an existing facility. Such modifications may have different reasons such as aesthetics considerations, compliance to various standards such as safety/environment/operational requirements, capacity upgrade like in an industrial setting and most importantly, to be at par to what the current or future will require. Degree of difficulty is normally high as you need to realize the objective in an existing functional environment. Such as the case of industries wanting an upgrade but not willing to stop their production activities so as to fulfill their product volume/quality commitment to their clients. The commitment to do these kinds of projects in highly professional, transparent and efficient manner are just some of the usual services that we perform.
As the stakes are getting higher for the whole world to be aware on worsening environmental and sustainability concerns, we show our commitment to this objective by trying to apply in actual projects the ideals of such worthy cause. Such as the case in exerting a lot of effort and resources to build our own green building as permanent headquarter. For us, the completion of such will make this an actual model in an urban setting on how energy can be utilized and produced outside of the grid, how to utilize urban agriculture in producing organic food for people in the city, how to make sure that indoor environmental conditions could really benefit the well-being of building tenants and most importantly, how to utilize into real application the gifts of nature such as rain, sunshine and wind, among others. The applications to industrial setting of these types of project approaches are so advantageous based on resulting energy savings, environmental compliance, people well-being and other useful and timely benefits.
